Strength, Health & Community

Strength training built for real life.

CLUB III is a private gym in Windsor, Colorado, offering small group strength training for women and personal training for both women and men.

CLUB III was created for people who want thoughtful coaching, consistent progress, and a place where they genuinely enjoy training.

There are no random workouts and no pressure to keep up with anyone else. You’ll learn how to lift well, understand what you’re doing, and build strength that carries into the rest of your life.

You’ll be challenged, but you’ll never be expected to prove how exhausted you can get.

A gym that feels like your place

The name CLUB III was inspired by the idea of a “third place” - somewhere outside of home and work where you feel connected, comfortable, and part of something. That is what I want this gym to be.

A place where people know your name, notice when you’re gone, celebrate your progress, and make training one of the best parts of your week.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what's going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don't hear your own voice in your head, that's a good sign you still have more work to do.
